Thank you for using the Artify Pro Camera (hereinafter referred to as "this product"). We highly value your privacy and the protection of your personal information. When you use this product, we will collect, store, use, and transfer some of your information. To safeguard your privacy rights, please read the following privacy policy in detail to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Controller / Operator

The Artify Pro application and related services are operated by Leidong Ruiji Technology Co., Ltd., a company organized under the laws of China (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our").

App Permissions (Camera and Photo Library)

On the app, we may request access to your device's camera and photo library with your authorization, in order to capture or select images for effects processing and AI features. Such image information is necessary for us to provide these functions to you. We take encryption and other reasonable security measures in accordance with applicable laws when collecting, transmitting, and storing this category of information.

Face Data (Facial Data)

Artify Pro uses the camera and may process face-related information only to provide the features you choose to use. This section summarizes our face data practices; Section 6 below provides full details required by app store rules.

A. Live preview face detection (not retained, not uploaded)

When you use the in-app camera, the app may use on-device face detection (Apple Vision) only to check whether a face is visible in the live preview and to show framing guidance (for example, prompting you to face the camera). This preview detection data:

Preview detection signals are not sent to our servers or to Kie.ai.

B. Photos taken or selected for AI (same flow for camera and album—including the face-detection camera)

Whether you capture a photo using the in-app camera (with face-detection guidance) or choose one from your album, the processing flow is the same once you proceed to AI generation:

  1. The app uploads your original photo to Tencent Cloud COS (encrypted cloud storage).
  2. Our backend at artifypro.rayenergytech.com receives the secure image URL, your account identifier, and your generation request (template/model identifiers).
  3. Our backend transmits the minimum necessary information—including access to your original photo—to Kie.ai (and its subprocessors) to run the AI generation you requested.
  4. Results are returned through our servers and shown or saved in the app.

C. Our servers and third parties retain original photos

When you upload or capture photos for AI features, your original photos (which may contain your face) are retained as follows:

We do not retain live preview face-detection signals. We do not share photos with advertising networks. Before your data is shared with Kie.ai for the first time, the app shows a clear notice and asks for your consent.

How AI Photo Processing Works

When you tap to generate an AI portrait, AI ID photo, blind-box avatar, or similar feature—or when you take a photo in the in-app camera (including the face-detection camera) and continue to generation—the flow is the same:

Original photo retention: Your uploaded original photos remain stored on our cloud storage and backend servers for the periods in Section 6.5, and are provided to Kie.ai which retains them as necessary for processing (Section 6.8). This applies equally whether the photo came from the face-detection camera or your album.

This flow applies only when you actively start an AI generation. We do not upload photos to Kie.ai or other third parties without your action and, for the first use, your in-app consent.

Third-Party AI Processing (Kie.ai)

When you use AI-related features (such as AI portraits, AI ID photos, AI blind-box avatars, and similar image-to-image or generative functions), your photos are first uploaded to our cloud storage and processed by our servers at artifypro.rayenergytech.com. We then transmit to Kie.ai (a third-party AI technology platform and its subprocessors) the minimum information required to complete generation, including for example: your user or account identifier, identifiers for templates or models you select, and image-related data (such as secure image URLs pointing to content you uploaded).

Kie.ai provides image generation and related AI processing services for us. Kie.ai may route requests to underlying model providers as described in Kie.ai's documentation and privacy policy. You can review Kie.ai's privacy policy at https://kie.ai/privacy-policy.

We do not use the aforesaid AI processing data for advertising or marketing unrelated to providing the feature, and we do not sell your facial or portrait data to advertisers or data brokers. Information shared with Kie.ai is limited to what is reasonably necessary to perform the AI generation you request.

Before sharing personal data with Kie.ai for these features for the first time, the app will show you a clear notice and ask for your consent, in line with applicable app platform requirements.

International transfers. Your information may be processed on servers or by subprocessors located outside your country or region (for example, cloud infrastructure or Kie.ai). Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards.

Children. Artify Pro is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law in your region (often 13 or higher). If you believe we have collected personal information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

1. Information Collection

A. Information You Provide

When you create an Artify Pro account, you provide us with personal information such as your nickname and email address.

B. Information Automatically Collected

When you visit or use our application, we may automatically collect certain information about you ("usage information"). Usage information may include the operating system (OS), device model, country information, browser information, IP address, and other information about your use of the services. Our platform and third-party platforms may include various tracking methods, primarily used by advertising SDKs. These are not browser-based and cannot be controlled through browser settings. Some use device identifiers or other identifiers (such as "Advertising ID") to associate app user activity with specific apps and track users' activities across apps.

C. Information from Other Sources

We may obtain information about you from other sources (where permitted by law), including service providers and third-party services, and combine it with the information we collect directly and/or automatically. When you register with or link an existing account to a third-party service provider (such as Apple) or SNS (such as Google), the following information will be transmitted to us: the name of the third-party service provider or SNS, user ID, and email address.

D. De-identified Personal Information

Once "de-identified," personal information will no longer be bound by this privacy policy. We and our supporting companies (as defined below) may treat it as non-personal information and use it as permitted by law unless prohibited by applicable laws.

Providing Product Features

We use the collected information to provide and optimize the features of the Artify Pro Camera, including but not limited to personalized photography suggestions, AI photo processing, creative feature recommendations, etc.

Improving Product Experience

We may use the collected data for product performance optimization, technical support, troubleshooting, and user experience analysis to continuously improve the features and services of this product.

Personalized Recommendations and Advertising

With your consent, we may push personalized content or advertisements based on your usage data to enhance your experience. You can choose to disable these notifications at any time.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Service Providers

To provide you with better services, we may share some of your information with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud storage services, data analytics services, and Kie.ai for AI processing as described above). These service providers can only process data based on our instructions or within the scope agreed with us, and are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your information.

Legal Compliance Requirements

We may disclose your personal information as required by laws and regulations or in public safety events. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your information security within such scope.

Depending on your region and the feature you use, we may rely on performance of a contract, your consent (including explicit in-app consent where required before sharing data with Kie.ai for AI features), legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, and/or legal obligation.

5. How Long Do We Retain Personal Information?

We may process and store your information under the following conditions:

During your use of our platform (when your account is active, not closed, and not deleted);  As required by laws, regulations, contracts, or statutory obligations; and/or only when your information is necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

6. Facial Data (Face Data)

This section explains how Artify Pro handles face-related data. It is written to meet app store privacy requirements for apps that use camera, face detection, or AI portrait features.

6.1 What face-related data does the app use?

Depending on the features you use, the app may process the following categories:

We do not collect separate biometric templates (such as Face ID data) from your device, and we do not use face data for unrelated advertising profiling.

6.2 Live preview face detection (not retained)

Face detection signals during live camera preview only (bounding boxes / “is a face visible”) are processed on your device, exist only in temporary memory for the active session, are not uploaded to our servers or Kie.ai, and are not retained after you leave the camera screen or close the app.

This is separate from the original photo you capture. Once you take a photo and proceed to AI generation, Section 6.3 applies—the same flow as album photos.

6.3 How photos reach our servers and third-party AI (camera and album — same flow)

When you use the in-app camera with face-detection guidance, or when you select a photo from your album, and you start AI generation, your original photo (which may contain your face) is handled as follows:

  1. Upload from app: You capture or select a photo; the app uploads it to Tencent Cloud COS (encrypted cloud storage).
  2. Our backend: The app sends a request to our servers at artifypro.rayenergytech.com, including your account identifier, selected template/model, and secure URL(s) to the uploaded image(s).
  3. Third-party AI (Kie.ai): Our backend passes the minimum necessary data to Kie.ai so it can run the AI model and generate the image you requested. Kie.ai may route processing to underlying model providers under its privacy policy.
  4. Result: The output is returned through our servers to the app for you to view, download, or save.

We share original photos with Kie.ai only to perform AI features you explicitly request, after you have been informed and (on first use) agreed in the app. We do not share photos with advertising networks.

6.4 Retention of original photos on our servers and by third parties

We and our service providers retain your original uploaded photos (not live preview detection signals) for the following reasons and periods:

Retention periods are set out in Section 6.6. We do not retain original photos indefinitely without purpose; you may delete saved content or your account where available in the app.

6.5 Why we store photos and images that may contain faces

When you choose to capture or upload photos, we store and process them on our systems (and with service providers listed below) only for these purposes:

We do not retain face-related data indefinitely. If you delete saved photos or delete your account (where available in the app), we will delete or de-identify associated face-related content within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.

6.7 Third parties with whom we share face-related data

When you use AI features, photos that may contain faces are shared in this order: our cloud storage (Tencent Cloud COS)our backend (artifypro.rayenergytech.com)Kie.ai (for AI processing). Specifically:

We do not share photos, facial images, or face detection data with advertising networks (including Google Mobile Ads), data brokers, or social networks for their own marketing purposes.

6.8 Why we share face-related data with third parties

Sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the feature you choose to use and is subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

6.9 Do third parties store and retain original photos? Their practices

6.10 Your choices and deletion

You can decline camera or photo library access (some features will not work). Before first AI sharing with Kie.ai, the app asks for explicit consent. You may delete saved images in the app and delete your account from Settings where available; contact us at AI@rayenergytech.com for assistance.

6.11 Limitations on use

Face-related data is not used for advertising or marketing unrelated to providing the service, and is not sold to advertisers or data brokers. Use is limited to the purposes in this Section 6 and Section "Third-Party AI Processing (Kie.ai)" above.

7. When and How to Delete Information?

We will take steps to ensure your personal information held or controlled by us is deleted and/or de-identified in an irreversible format once it is reasonably considered that the following two points are established:

(1) The purpose for which the personal information was collected no longer serves by retaining such personal information;

(2) Retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes. If certain personal information must be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations, we will retain it as required before destruction. Personal information stored and managed by us will not be used for purposes beyond the law or your authorization. 

However, some information you share with others on the platform, such as comments, message board posts, and communications with other users on the platform, may remain visible and may be retained after you close your account. Please contact us using the contact details in Section 11, and we will assist you in deleting such content where permitted by law.

8. What Types of Security Measures Have Been Implemented to Protect Personal Information?

We take personal information very seriously and implement appropriate physical, technical, and administrative security measures to prevent loss, theft, disclosure, unauthorized alteration, and deletion of personal information. These measures include but are not limited to: access control (including secure password policies); pseudonymization and encryption of personal information; installation of antivirus software and firewalls; implementation of firewalls; and/or management and monitoring of event logs to ensure accountability.

9. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information

Depending on applicable law in your region, you may have some or all of the rights below. To exercise them, contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. For material changes (for example, new third parties that receive personal data for AI processing), we will seek to notify you through the app, by email where appropriate, or by other reasonable means, in addition to posting the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and stop using the services. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
